Assembly and Finishing Operative

· Finishing products to a high standard

· Ensuring quality standards are met

· Maintaining safe working practices

· Using hand and air tools for fitting and prepping operations

· Final assembly of products maintaining a high level of accuracy

· Preparation of galvanised products for painting and powder coating

· Final packing, palletising and labelling of products

· Ensuring daily and weekly despatch plans are met

We are the UK’s leading manufacturer of CCTV camera mounting equipment and have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our busy despatch department, where we assemble, finish and despatch our wide range of products to customers through the UK and worldwide.

Qualifications and skills:

· Experience of using basic powered hand tools required.

· Previous experience in semi-skilled / skilled mechanical assembly or the use of machinery in a production environment an advantage

· The successful applicant must be reliable, punctual and able to work under their own initiative.

Position: Full Time – 38 hours per week. Monday to Friday 08.30am to 17.00pm

Hourly rate £10.81 - £11.56p/h
Starting rate is £10.81 p/h, then following ongoing training you will have the opportunity to progress through the established pay grade system.
