Role Overview & Responsibilities
Scientific Sales Support Assistant
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Life Science graduate to gain experience within the pharmaceutical industry and to gain traction in developing a career within this sector. Working closely with customers, you will be the principal contact for inbound sales and technical enquiries. In addition, you will support the sales team by providing regular analysis and reporting.
Our client will encourage you to take responsibility and ownership from the start, helping you to develop excellent commercial and decision-making skills.
Scientific Sales Support Assistant Responsibilities
- You will be in regular contact with customers via telephone, email, live chats and other platforms and must be professional and service orientated in all of your interactions.
- You will perform data entry duties relating to relevant sales and metric data
- You will actively support key account managers with sales related tasks
- You will be responsible for follow-up contact with customers to inform on new products or services

To be successful in this role, you must be a Life Science graduate who is ambitious to progress and succeed.
