Brewery assistant/delivery driver

Alechemy Brewery is part of the Consolidated Craft Breweries group, based in Livingston in Central Scotland and producing excellent craft ales in cask, keg and bottles for the UK market.

Operations Assistants will form part of the Operations team, whose key responsibilities are to assist the Head Brewer in all aspects of running the brewery, including but not limited to

- deliveries to trade Customers

- maintaining delivery paperwork

- management of goods in

- preparing brews

- cleaning production equipment

- looking after the warehouse

- filling / cleaning casks, kegs and bottles

- helping out at local beer festivals as required

The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach, be a good team player, have a full UK driving licence (essential) and be physically fit enough to manage the movement and delivery of casks and kegs.

A fork lift truck licence would be preferred but not essential (training can be given)

Salary: From £11.00 per hour
