Role Overview & Responsibilities
The post holder will support operational delivery and quality improvement in Neonatal services.
The post holder will refine and embed existing and new processes that enable the transformation of services, facilitate discussions and advise colleagues as to how best practice might be adopted in the definition of future direction, document those processes as they are agreed and oversee their delivery.

The North West Neonatal Operational Delivery Network was established in April 2013, overseeing the 3 well established Neonatal Networks; Lancashire and South Cumbria, Greater Manchester and Cheshire and Merseyside. The main base for the role is at home with an expectation of travel to neonatal services across the North West.
In this role, you will be supporting the Network to deliver on the National Neonatal Critical Care Review. This is an exciting time for Neonatal services and you will be an integral part of the Network team that will help to shape neonatal services for the future. The post holder will have a background in project management and an understanding of Network functions.
The post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in supporting and enabling Neonatal transformation, safety and quality oversight across the North West Region. See JD
