Age UK Lincoln & South Lincolnshire are recruiting a Call Handler to work as part of our Response Team.
- Beech House, Witham Park, Waterside South, Lincoln, LN5 7JH
- £22,795 per annum
- 35-hour contract (full time)
- Working across 7 days (rotational)
- Between 06:00 and 22:00
- Driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential
- Will involve some personal care

About the role
As a Call Handler, you will receive referrals and triage them into the most appropriate package of care, working closely with the Responders, Team Leaders and other organisations. You may also need to support the team by carrying out personal care tasks to meet the needs of our service users.
