£20,954 per annum, pro rata

Active Luton is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Activity Leader/ Lifeguard Coordinator to join its friendly team at Lewsey Park Pool.

If you're ambitious, flexible, committed and passionate then this role could be for you.

As an Activity Leader/ Lifeguard Coordinator you'll be a key part of the operational team, coordinating the day-to-day running of the leisure centre, and acting-up as shift leader as required. The day is varied and includes liaising with customers, setting up sessions, poolside duties and ensuring the centre runs smoothly and safely.

We are looking for applicants who have experience working in supervisory roles and who are strong swimmers, the relevant training will be provided. We also welcome applicants who have experience of working in a leisure environment and hold a NPLQ.

Successful applicants will be subject to DBS clearance.
